Here’s how it works: Introduce us to a company that could use a staffing partner. When they sign on as a new client and we successfully place 5 associates who each work at least 30 days, you’ve earned your reward.
We’ll issue it within 30 days of confirming the milestone. We built three reward options on purpose, because gift and procurement policies vary from company to company, and a good thank-you should be easy to accept.

Current clients, former clients in good standing, business partners, and approved community contacts are all eligible to refer.

The reward is earned once the company you referred signs on as a new client and we successfully place 5 associates who each work at least 30 days.
Rewards are issued within 30 days of milestone verification — once we've confirmed the 5 placements and the 30-day work requirement.
You can choose a $1,500 invoice credit applied to your account, a $1,500 charitable donation to an organization of your choice, or a $1,500 team appreciation package for your site. You select your option when your referral converts.
Company gift and procurement policies vary widely. We wanted to make sure there's a way to say thank you that works for everyone, whatever your organization's rules.
The company must be new to Integrity and not already an active prospect in our system. They'll also need to sign an agreement within 6 months of your referral.
Referrals must be submitted before any active sales engagement begins. If a company is already a prospect in our system, it isn't eligible — this protects both the program and our existing relationships.
Yes. All referrals are kept confidential and run through a standard compliance review.
