As the Talent Sourcing Manager, my day typically involves launching and monitoring campaigns while collaborating closely with our branches to ensure our sourcing efforts are effective.
By working hand in hand with our branches, I’m able to gain better insights into their hiring needs to provide tailored recommendations and adjustments to help them achieve their hiring goals. I also have the opportunity to work with the marketing team on social, which allows me to tap into my creativity and contribute to the company in another impactful way.

Let’s talk about your role:
Q: What is the most rewarding part about working with your colleagues?
A: The most rewarding part about working with my colleagues is witnessing them achieve their hiring goals as a result of our sourcing efforts. They rely on us for that extra support, and it’s truly fulfilling to see all our teamwork lead to fruition.
Q: What’s the driving force behind your team?
A: The driving force behind our team would be our commitment to being good partners to our branches and vendors. By building strong partnerships with each other and our vendors we’re able to work together more effectively to ensure we’re reaching our hiring goals for our clients.
Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?
A: My most significant accomplishments while at Integrity would be accepting two promotions! I first started as a Social Media Coordinator, then transitioned to Talent Sourcing Specialist, and now to my current role of Talent Sourcing Manager. I am extremely grateful for all the opportunity Integrity has given me.
Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
A: My biggest inspiration within the company would be my manager, Joe Alexander. He’s been with the company for quite a while, so he has a wealth of knowledge to share. I’ve learned so much from him—not just specific to my role, but about how the company operates as a whole. His insight has helped me see how my role plays a bigger part in the company’s success, how I can better support, and allow me to make a meaningful impact.
Q: What’s the most unique part about working here?
A: The most unique part of working at Integrity is that your ideas are always heard and supported. Integrity creates a culture where everyone’s voice matters, encouraging new perspectives and creative thinking.

Q: What do you enjoy about our company culture?
A: I appreciate our company culture for its strong focus on teamwork. The support and collaboration across teams are essential to our success, enabling us to reach our goals while helping each other every step of the way.
Q: What is your favorite Integrity Core Value, and why?
A: “Dance Along the Edge” is my favorite core value. I grew up dancing, so this one immediately stuck out to me. This core value encourages risk taking and thinking outside the box, while also reminding you to staying mindful of smart decision making.
Q: What parts of our mission/vision do you connect with?

Personal Journey
Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A: Before working at Integrity, I worked in the restaurant industry for a little over 4 years. Out of high school I got my first job in a restaurant as a host and worked my way up to server, then bartender, and eventually Social Media Manager for my local college bar.
Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?
A: I first learned about Integrity Staffing through my own job search journey. After searching for about a year during the pandemic, I came across Integrity’s post for a Social Media Coordinator, and it was exactly what I was looking for!
Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?
A: Having the opportunity to work remotely is incredibly helpful in managing work/life balance. Being able to eliminate commuting gives me back time to get things done during the week and be with my fiancé and family on the weekends rather than filling my weekends with to-do lists. And I get to spend all day with my fur babies!
Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?
A: I mentioned earlier how I’ve had the privilege of accepting two promotions within my team. These growth opportunities have not only allowed me to expand my skill set but also helped boost my confidence in the work that I do.
Q: What advice do you have for prospective Integrity candidates?
A: My advice would be never hesitate to ask questions or seek help. Everyone here is extremely supportive and always willing to assist, whether you’re new or have been with the company for a while. And if they can’t directly assist you, they’ll help you find someone who can!

What I like most about Integrity is the opportunities it provides for personal and professional growth. The company creates an environment where I can develop my skills and take on new challenges, helping me progress in my career while feeling supported.
