Any time worked over 40 hours within a week is considered overtime. Pay periods start every Sunday and end every Saturday. Overtime pay is “time and a half” and will be included within the following week’s paycheck.

Keep in mind that working an “overtime day” won’t be at the overtime pay rate if you aren’t over 40 hours for the week. For example, if you have worked 35 hours for the week and then work an 8-hour shift on an overtime day you would have 40 hours at your regular pay rate and 3 hours of overtime pay.

We are all part of a team – you rely on us to help you be successful, we rely on you to help our clients succeed. We also recognize that sometimes you need to miss work. We want to make sure you understand the attendance credit system our clients use. Attendance policies can vary from client to client, but that will be covered with you when you start. Below is Integrity’s general attendance policy.

If you cannot make it to work, always call out. Missing work and not calling out is considered a ‘no call no show’ and two consecutive ‘no call no shows’ will result in termination of your assignment.

Calling out for your whole shift will incur 1.5 credits. Leaving an hour or less early (or coming in less than an hour late) will give you a ½ credit. Company policy allows for no more than 6 credits at a time.

Credits are not forever. They roll off 90 days after they occur so manage your credits well!

Integrity Staffing Solutions complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the ADAAA, and applicable state and local laws prohibiting discrimination in employment based on a person’s physical, mental or sensory disability.

If you have a disability that affects your ability to perform your job and you feel you need an accommodation, please inform us during your interview or by contacting the Accommodations Central Team directly at ACT@integritystaffing.com or you may contact your manager.

Integrity Staffing Solutions has an interactive process in which we work with you directly to determine if a reasonable accommodation is necessary and what would be an appropriate accommodation.

The Accommodation Central Team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the Reasonable Accommodation process.  If there are any questions, please send an email to ACT@integritystaffing.com. You may also request contact from our Accommodation Central Team by completing this simple contact form ; select “Accommodation Concern” from the concern type dropdown.

Will you be late or absent from your shift? If so, you will need to notify us by calling out. Some locations have specific callout requirements for those clients. For that reason, please be sure to use the callout method you were provided when you started your new position.

Additionally, you may use your personalized callout chatbot link which will be sent to you by email and text messages when you start your assignment. Finally, you can call out using the general callout line at 302-778-9449.

If you have questions about calling out, please contact the recruiter you have been coordinating with. Forgot your recruiter’s contact info? Find your local Branch number here.

The Integrity Ethics Hotline (IEH) is a completely CONFIDENTIAL channel for reporting serious concerns and complaints and for bringing the company’s attention to any activity that you think violates Integrity’s code of conduct or the law.

The IEH is an escalation tool – BEFORE you use the IEH you should try to get your problem resolved by:

1.) Reaching out to your manager at the location where you work, or at your local branch office. The manager can also provide you with the contact information for your HR/Safety point of contact.

2.) Contacting Integrity Corporate HR or Employee Relations for assistance by telephone at (302) 504-9886 or by sending an email to ER@integritystaffing.com.

3.) If either of these outlets does not get the results you need, OR you want to report something ANONYMOUSLY, you may file a report using the IEH: by telephone at: (833) 520-0055 OR by filling out this form and selecting the concern type from the list to get your concern in front of the right team.

Whether you report issues anonymously or directly, be assured no retaliation will be tolerated because you report offending or unlawful behavior. The IEH telephone report line and online portal are not part of any Integrity network, so your phone number or email address cannot be traced by Integrity.

We use E-Verify to verify employment eligibility. Please click here for information about what document requirements are for the I9. Because we are an e-Verify organization, you cannot use a List B document that is not a photo-ID.

If you were injured at work, the last thing you need is to feel like you can’t reach the right people – your situation is stressful enough! Follow these steps if you have a work-related injury:

  1. If you have not yet reported your injury to the client and your local Integrity representative, please try to do that first. Do not fear retaliation – we are big fans of OSHA’s Whistleblower Protection Program.
  2. If you have not yet completed Integrity’s Safety Incident Report, please ask your local Integrity representative about documenting your injury. We have a convenient reporting process where you can remotely complete an electronic report from a phone, tablet, or computer. If you can’t reach a team member about this or the person you spoke with did not help you to file a report, please let us know by completing this simple Safety contact form and select Workers Compensation Concern from the concern type dropdown.
  3. If you believe you are in need of medical treatment for your injury, we are here to help. Please make sure you clearly communicate your need for treatment to your local Integrity representative. An Integrity team member should follow up to help you with the request. Again, if you get stuck here, use our Safety contact form select Workers Compensation Concern from the concern type dropdown.
  4. If you are already medically treating with Integrity for a work-related injury and you have questions or need help, you should be able to speak with the person who helped you initiate your medical treatment. If they aren’t able to help you or you can’t reach them, use our Safety contact form and select Workers Compensation Concern from the concern type dropdown.

Safety incidents, injuries, and hazards are very important to us and to our clients. If you are hurt, we want to help you get better. If a hazard exists, we need to correct it before it can cause an injury. As the employer, Integrity must partner with our clients to help them address hazards as well as to ensure injuries are documented and properly reporting to OSHA. For these reasons, we strongly encourage you to report any injury, incident, or safety concern to the client management team as well as to your local Integrity representative.

If you report an injury to Integrity, you should be given the opportunity to complete an incident report with us. If you are not given that chance, please let our HR and Safety team know by completing this Safety contact form and select Safety concern from the concern type dropdown. We will ensure steps are taken to investigate and correct hazards, as well as to document your injury and help you in your recovery.

On your 21st day of work, you receive 40 hours of unpaid approved time off and 5 late passes. Use that time as you wish! Please note that you must use the ATO (approved time off) in ½ shift or full shift increments. Please also let us know if you plan to use your ATO to cover an absence (either when you call out or in advance). If you would like to use your approved time off, please speak with your local Integrity representative.

Start by clicking here to search for a job. During the process, you will be prompted to upload your resume.

Some of our clients require experience but many do not. Typically, the job description will include the level of experience required for that job. Click here to look for a job that fits your level of experience!

Background requirements vary by client. When you have your interview, the recruiter can answer specifics and find the best fit for you.

You will receive email communications with instructions on how to complete your insurance enrollment either through the online portal or the call center (866-410-7248).  All employees will automatically be enrolled in single coverage for the Minimum Essential Coverage Plus medical plan unless you elected to “Opt-Out” when you completed your employment process.  Please note, if you wish to waive coverage, enroll in an alternative plan, or include dependents in your coverage, you must take action.

Integrity Staffing offers supplemental health and wellness coverage to all of our associates. Associates are eligible to enroll after working eight hours on their first assignment, the effective date of the benefits would be the Sunday following your second paycheck.

If you are interested and would like to enroll or would like information about your current benefits plan, you may download the PDF below with all associate benefit information.

For more specific steps on how to file unemployment by state, visit the Department of Labor’s website, Career One Stop: Unemployment Benefits Finder

Links to Unemployment Information by state are provided below. You may download or print the document by clicking on the link associated with your state.

If your state’s notification requires your social security number, we have left that blank for security purposes. You will need to complete it before submitting the document to your state.

If you are located in a state with paid sick time, you can request that by speaking with your recruiter or onsite Integrity representative. You can learn more about which states have paid sick time available at this website. Keep in mind that states have different rules around sick time. For example, NJ requires you to be on assignment for 120 hours before accruing sick time.

Before requesting paid sick time, please log into the Payroll Web Center to check the amount of time you have available. This will be listed on your pay stubs.
