Ask an Integrity Expert — About Being a Leader

This installment in our series, “Ask an Integrity Expert,” features Lourdes Eldridge, Program Manager at Integrity. We sat down with her to discuss what she does to successfully lead her team to exceed their own expectations.

 

Q: What does your typical day look like?

A: A typical day would consist of successfully implementing processes for various clients to bring them the best candidates for their open positions.

 

Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?

A: I love being able to provide opportunities for those looking for jobs. It’s so satisfying to put smiles on candidates’ faces!

 

Q: What stands out to you most about Integrity?

A: The involvement of our leaders is very important to me. Our CEO and Chief Strategy Officer are very involved, always ensuring that candidates have the best experience, and that their employees have the necessary resources to provide the best candidate experience.

 

Q: How do our Core Values play into your day-to-day tasks and interactions?

A: I pride myself on leading my team to work to the best of their abilities by coaching, guiding and setting a standard. I believe in leading by example and working side-by-side with my team if necessary to get the job done. Our core values help lead the way.

 

Q: What do you find most rewarding about your role?

A: I appreciate having the opportunity to observe and assist the growth and development of my team.

 

Q: Tell us about a project or professional accomplishment that stands out to you.

A: The client relationship that has developed between goPuff and myself is something I am very proud of. We have a great collaborative partnership.

 

Q: What advice you would give to candidates considering working for Integrity?

A: Never say no to an opportunity to learn new things!

Outside of work, Lourdes Eldridge has a strong interest in health and fitness. She works out at least six days a week!
