Tomorrow (March 5) is America’s annual Employee Appreciation Day. On this day, it’s customary for employers to express their thanks to hard-working staff; and this year we have more reason than ever to recognize your support.
2020 was an epic disaster for both human lives and the economy. Struggling businesses were forced to cut jobs, adding financial worries to health concerns. Yet through it all, our hero workers kept going strong.
We’d like to send a special shout-out to the frontline workers who overcame their fears to help others. And our warehouse associates who kept shipments going out to the people who desperately needed them while in lockdown. Who knows how many lives you literally saved!
Integrity’s own staff, from corporate headquarters to the local Opportunity Centers, also deserve our highest gratitude. Our teams faced unprecedented challenges, including how to do their jobs under COVID-19 safety protocols and how to meet skyrocketing demand from our clients with COVID-related supply businesses. And they triumphed!
We hope that you feel our appreciation every day of the year. Yet, the words need to be said, and that’s what Employee Appreciation Day is for. So, with all our heart, thank you for all you do! We couldn’t have been a success in 2020 without you!
BTW, you don’t have to be a boss to express appreciation for someone’s contributions to the team. If you’re an Integrity employee or associate, why not send a thank you today acknowledging a fellow team member for a helpful action, accomplishment or attitude that really made a difference?
Let’s all look forward to a better 2021 together. We promise we’ll do everything we can to help you be even more successful than last year!
