Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

When it comes to DEI in the workplace, we’re a proud Opportunity Engine for all.

We pride ourselves on building a business that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion.

There’s a reason why there’s so many colors in our star.

It’s because diversity, equity, and inclusion isn’t just a once a year celebration, it’s who we are and what we do every day.

Why? Because people are the core of our organization. And since people come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, we strive to generate opportunities for our team members, associates—and the companies they work for—to reach their full, authentic potential.

We have a big love for what we do, and it shows.

Here’s how we promote DEI principles within our organization:

Diversity

We’re committed to creating opportunities for individuals of all races, genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, nationalities, socioeconomic statuses, (dis)abilities, ages, religious beliefs, and political perspectives. We welcome–and advocate for–underrepresented and marginalized populations on our internal teams and at our client locations.

Equity

Every decision we make as an organization is designed to ensure impartiality and fairness in our procedures and resource distribution. From placing our Opportunity Centers in underserved communities to our Project Home initiative, which helps eliminate homelessness among our associates, to our PayActiv financial tools, we give it our all to create an even playing field for everyone.

Inclusion

We strive to ensure everyone has a voice and can fully participate in our decision-making processes and development opportunities. Through associate feedback sessions and our open-forum Town Hall meetings to our Next Step U online continuing education programs, we generate opportunities for everyone to question, learn, and grow during their time with us.

We believe our differences make us stronger.

What really matters are the core values of ambition, work ethic, and integrity. Our policy of deliberate inclusion is what guides our culture and allows us to be the best versions of ourselves.
