Integrity Staffing Solutions Names James Berger Chief Revenue Officer and Brandon Blanton Chief Operating Officer

WILMINGTON, DE – JUNE 29, 2026 – Integrity Staffing Solutions, a national workforce solutions provider, today named two longtime leaders to expanded executive roles: James Berger as Chief Revenue Officer and Brandon Blanton as Chief Operating Officer. Both appointments are effective immediately.

As CRO, Berger will lead Integrity’s commercial organization — sales, marketing, business development, sales enablement, and revenue operations — focused on building a predictable growth engine that expands market presence and deepens client partnerships.

As COO, Blanton will oversee operational execution, including market operations, recruiting, onsite programs, strategic sourcing, and client delivery, with an emphasis on the service quality and workforce solutions clients rely on from Integrity.
