In 2015, we launched our Supplier Diversity Initiative in order to ensure that the businesses that sell goods and services to Integrity reflect the people we are here to serve: our clients and associates. That first year we generated $3.1 million in diversity spend. In 2016, we are happy to report that we increased this amount by more than double, and allocated a total of $6.9 million to ethnic-, woman-, veteran-, LGBT- and other minority-owned businesses.
