Q: What is the most rewarding part about working with your colleagues?
A: The most rewarding part is our shared commitment to Integrity’s mission. We’re a team that genuinely believes in the associate-first approach, which means everyone’s efforts contribute to both individual and collective success. Seeing how my colleagues’ passion and hard work positively affect our clients and associates is truly inspiring.
Q: What’s the driving force behind your team?
A: Our team is driven by Integrity’s core values, especially advocating for our associates and personal accountability. We strive to provide the best solutions for our clients while ensuring that our associates feel valued and supported. This balance of advocacy and accountability creates a culture where everyone is committed to excellence and growth.
Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?
A: Some of my most significant accomplishments include developing a comprehensive training program that has helped streamline our onboarding process and improved the sales performance across the board. Additionally, I’m proud of the role I play in bringing the team together and providing a positive atmosphere for learning.
Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
A: I’m continually inspired by our associates and the drive they bring to their roles. On the management side, our executive team’s dedication to upholding Integrity’s core values has a huge impact on my own work ethic and commitment. I look up to leaders who lead by example and prioritize the growth and well-being of our people.

Personal Journey
Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A: Before joining Integrity, I worked as a voice-over artist for banks and utility companies. It was an unusual role that allowed me to connect with people in a unique way—even though they couldn’t see me! My experience in voice-over work taught me a lot about clarity in communication and the power of conveying a message effectively. Those skills have been incredibly useful in my current role, where I focus on training and development, helping our team members connect with clients and associates with clarity and purpose.
Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?
A: I first learned about Integrity through a former colleague who spoke very highly of Todd Bavol and the leadership at the company. Todd was my first interaction with Integrity, and after meeting him, I was incredibly inspired by his vision and the passion he has for the work we do. That meeting left a strong impression, and I knew right away that I wanted to be part of the Integrity family. Todd’s genuine dedication to our mission and values made it clear that Integrity was the right place for me to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?
A: Balancing career and family is always a challenge, but I’ve found that clear boundaries and planning are essential. I prioritize my time carefully, ensuring that when I’m home, I’m fully present with my family. Integrity’s flexible and supportive work environment also helps tremendously.
Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?
A: Integrity has provided me with numerous growth opportunities, from specialized training programs to leadership development initiatives. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of effective team management and developed my skills in strategic planning and decision-making, which has made me a more effective leader.
