Q: What’s the driving force behind your team?
A: Our commitment to our associates’ success. When they thrive, so do our clients—and that belief drives everything we do. We’re united by a mission to deliver excellence with empathy and integrity.
Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?
A: One of my proudest accomplishments has been helping a major distribution client reduce turnover by 38% through a restructured hiring and onboarding strategy. Watching both associate satisfaction and client KPIs improve was incredibly fulfilling.
Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
A: I’m constantly inspired by our field team leaders. Their hands-on approach, deep connection with our associates, and unwavering accountability show what leadership in action really looks like.
Q: What’s the most unique part about working here?
A: It’s our associate-first culture. We don’t just talk about values—we live them. From our benefits that start on day one to our grassroots community partnerships, Integrity Staffing truly walks the talk.
Company Culture and Core Values:
Q: What do you enjoy about our company culture?
A: What I enjoy most about our culture is how genuinely people care—about their work, each other, and the success of our associates. There’s a sense of shared purpose, a commitment to doing the right thing, and the freedom to bring your full self to work. It makes Integrity feel more like a mission-driven community than just a company.
Q: What is your favorite Integrity Core Value, and why?
A: Integrity itself is my favorite value—because it’s the foundation of everything we do. Whether it’s honoring our commitments to clients, advocating for our associates, or supporting each other internally, acting with integrity ensures we stay aligned with our purpose and earn trust every day.
Q: What parts of our mission/vision do you connect with?
A: I connect deeply with our vision that our clients succeed when our associates succeed. It speaks to the heart of what makes our work meaningful. We’re not just filling jobs—we’re creating opportunities that improve lives, strengthen communities, and fuel business growth. That alignment of purpose is incredibly motivating.
Q: What sets Integrity apart from other staffing agencies?
A: Our associate-first approach truly differentiates us. We invest in benefits from day one, offer personalized support, and create experiences that make associates feel valued—not just placed. This leads to better performance, lower turnover, and a more engaged workforce for our clients. We don’t just talk about success—we build it from the inside out.
“What I enjoy most about our culture is how genuinely people care—about their work, each other, and the success of our associates.”

Personal Journey
Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A: I am 100% a sports mom! I spend most of my free time cheering on my son who is a sprinter at Stockton University or I am on the sideline of coaching my daughter as she is scoring goals on any of her three field hockey teams! In our free time, my husband and I also enjoy going to concerts and music festivals.
Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?
A: Due to my previous job at a competitor I always knew about Integrity however I was recruited by the wonderful team at Integrity about an open role in NJ.
Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?
A: Balance starts with being present in both spaces—at work and at home. Integrity’s support for flexibility, teamwork, and personal accountability makes it possible to give my best in both roles. I prioritize, plan ahead, and lean on a great team that understands the value of life beyond the workplace.
Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?
A: Integrity has invested in my growth from day one—with mentoring, training, and opportunities to stretch into new roles. I’ve become more strategic, developed stronger leadership skills, and gained confidence in driving results. The feedback culture here pushes me to be better every day.
Q: What advice do you have for prospective Integrity candidates?
A: Bring your best self and be ready to make an impact. At Integrity, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find purpose. We support one another, celebrate wins, and stay focused on the bigger picture: helping people exceed their own expectations.
What do you like most about Integrity?
