Integrity Staffing recognized for partnership that supports at-risk youth in Louisville, KY
NEWARK, DE. October 21, 2016— Integrity Staffing Solutions, one of the leading staffing and recruitment firms in the United States announced today that it has been conferred a 2016 American Staffing Association Care Award honorable mention distinction. This national awards program recognizes outstanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives—business processes that produce an overall positive effect on society—among ASA member staffing firms, staffing industry suppliers, and regional councils and affiliated chapters.
Integrity Staffing is being honored for their ongoing support and involvement with the Jobs for Kentucky’s Graduates Program, which provides career-readiness training and job placement services to underserved and at-risk youth in the greater Louisville area.
Integrity Staffing Solutions’ commitment to CSR has been a part of the company’s culture and mission since its founding in 1997. It strategically partners with other organizations that complement the company’s efforts to generate opportunities and advance careers and benefit the communities in which Integrity operates.
The Jobs for Kentucky’s Graduates program, executed in partnership with Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG), helps at-risk youth flourish by utilizing the knowledge and professional experience gained during career-readiness curriculum to help them secure gainful employment. The Jobs for America’s partnership with Integrity Staffing has resulted in graduates and recent JAG students accepting job opportunities throughout Integrity locations across the U.S.
