James, a true Philly native at heart, began his staffing career 13 years ago, working both sides of a recruiting desk, where he learned the staffing business from the ground up. Jim relentlessly built his client base quickly and loved finding candidates to place with his new customers.
His tenacity propelled him to become his team’s trusted leader, and he soon quickly worked his way up through the organization.
