I specialize in identifying and securing key client partnerships, nurturing long-term relationships, managing an existing portfolio, and developing sales strategies tailored to align with the needs of new companies

What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to create meaningful partnerships that not only drive value for our clients but also generate jobs for our associates and positively impact the economy.

Let’s talk about your role:

Q: What is the most rewarding part about working with your colleagues?

A: The most rewarding part of working with my colleagues is their dedication to service delivery and the success of our associates. Collaborating with individuals who are deeply passionate about exceeding client expectations and creating opportunities for others inspires me every day. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a team that not only strives for excellence but also genuinely cares about making a positive impact.

Q: What’s the driving force behind your team?

A: The driving force behind our team is the shared commitment to delivering exceptional client service, operational excellence, and supporting the success of our associates. Collaboration, open communication, and a unified focus on creating value power everything we do.

Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?

A: My most significant accomplishments include securing large-scale partnerships that drive substantial revenue growth, such as a recent exclusive agreement projected to generate up to $40 million annually. Additionally, earning certifications like “Become the Only Choice” has further refined my ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional results. Above all, I’m proud of the opportunities I’ve created for associates and the positive impact my work has had on clients and communities.

Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

A: I was initially hired by Todd Bavol, and his work ethic and “boots on the ground” mentality have been a constant source of inspiration. His dedication to excellence have shaped my approach to work and leadership. Through his mentorship, I’ve learned invaluable lessons and have been continually challenged to grow into the best version of myself.

I’m also deeply inspired by the colleagues I work with every day—James Berger, Dan Dress, Andrea Loretti, Megan Couch, Branton Blanton, Cedar Smith, Susan Baxter, Ellen Kuntzman, Christine Proffitt, and Jaime Donnelly. Their unwavering commitment to going above and beyond for both our clients and associates is incredible. Time and again, they’ve shown their dedication by dropping everything—even after hours—to support me on projects and client meetings. It’s this collective drive and teamwork that makes our company truly exceptional.

Q: What’s the most unique part about working here?

A: The most unique part about working here is the incredible balance between a people-first culture and a commitment to continuous improvement. Personal Journey

Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

A: After college, I worked as an event planner for the Omni Hotel and a boutique event design company in Philadelphia, planning weddings, meetings, and other events. Being a planner by nature, I loved the creativity and organization involved in bringing events to life, but working every weekend and dealing with the occasional “bridezilla” had its challenges.  I also served as Director of Events for a charity called ChemoClothes.  This role allowed me to channel my passion for planning while supporting a meaningful cause. It was incredibly rewarding to organize events that raised funds for cancer patients in need, combining my love for event planning with the opportunity to make a positive impact.

Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?

A: I first learned about Integrity Staffing when they were one of my competitors during my time selling for another staffing agency.

Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?

A: Balancing a career and family as a mom of three is no small task, and I’ve come to realize that “balance” isn’t really the right term for it. Instead, I believe in being fully present and all-in on what matters most when it matters. It’s not about perfection but about being intentional and making the most of the time I have with both my family and my career.

Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?

A: Integrity has been instrumental in my career development, providing opportunities that have fueled significant professional growth. I’ve gained invaluable experience in building client relationships and driving results for both clients and associates. The culture of mentorship and support has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone.

Q: What advice do you have for prospective Integrity candidates?

A: My advice for prospective Integrity candidates is to come ready to give 110% every day. Integrity is a place where hard work and dedication are rewarded, and you’ll find endless opportunities to grow both personally and professionally
